There is no doubt that Star Wars is an epic franchise, but there is doubt on which set of trilogies is king. Easton and Jen go head to head to argue whether the first trilogy (A New Hope, The Empire Strikes Back, Return of the Jedi) or the second trilogy (The Phantom Menace, Attack of the Clones, Revenge of the Sith) is the best.
The 2010s and the 70s seem to be the decades where Easton and Jen shine. Check out the rest of the episode on YouTube to see who was the ultimate Catch Phrase champ!
We're brining it back to the 80s for this episode. We had some technical issues here and there for this segment, and definitely a bunch of laughs, but really there is one thing that sums it all up... Weird Al.
If there is one thing we learned from this epsiode, it's that when it comes to movies, Jen and Easton go postal for a good comedy. This episode of Capsule Corner is all about those classic comedies that have been making us laugh for decades; Napoleon Dynamite, Dumb and Dumber, Space Balls, etc.
This first round Easton and Jen explored the 80s and Easton wasn't the first one to break the "two-skips rule". They also spent some time in the 90s, and it's still not Easton's decade.
When we say "phat" we aren't dissin' nobody. Check out this episode's Vintage Vocab word, "phat", and check out the full episode to see how many times Easton and Jen worked it into conversation.
Check out our totally dope guest for our Season 1 Finale. Jen wasn't a fan of a few trends from back in the day, like pin rolled jeans and "sausage bangs", but that doesn't mean she doesn’t love a good trip down memory lane. Get to know Jen here and then go listen to the full episode!
In our Season 1 Finale Easton and our guest, Jen Kramer gave us a totally rad episode. If you like comedies like Napoleon Dynamite and Space Balls, you're going to want to check out the Capsule Corner Segment. As always, the Guess the Lyric segment entertained us with 80s pop and rock, and a surprise twist with Weird Al.
This was a close one. Did Easton bring it home or did he keep his total loser record?
