Ep 12 - In this episode I talk all about how to find peace when life gets chaotic. Whether it is friendships, relationships, sickness, health or work getting in the way, it is important to find peace amongst it all. Without chaos and disappointments, we wouldn't have the excitement or things to look forward too. April taught me to view the glass half full even though there was a few days that I felt really down. I wanted to feel my healthiest again, I wanted to dive back into work and hangout with friends, however, the universe kept reminding me to slow down and stop trying to do it all.
