Episode #59: Cruising in the Light and Shadow is back with a special Summer Solstice Episode! Saturday, June 20 was Summer Solstice. I held an online celebration that I’m excited to share with you. Solstice (Midsummer) marks the longest day of the year. There is a time-honored tradition to prepare for the rest of the year ahead. We can set new intentions and renew older plans and purpose as we carry on. More is explained as you listen along. Also, there is visualization journey that you will enjoy experiencing. The date may have passed, but you can always join in. The chance to be refreshed is anytime you feel called!  So, settle back and relax. Have a candle and something sweet beside you. Episode #58: Strange and Unusual Meditation Experiences. In this episode we are taking a look at strange and unusual meditation experiences. Unusual experiences range from swirling lights, to out of body experiences, having uncomfortable emotional episodes, to seeing images, or hearing someone speaking to you. These can happen at any time and aren’t really out of the ordinary. They are the mind’s way of processing symbolism, working through subconscious information, or even resisting change. We want to learn about ourselves as we deepen our meditative range. If you have ever been disturbed by your thoughts, you are not alone.
