When we take the time to visualize our highest selves, the person who we want to become, we create a point of focus for our lives. Without a vision we have no direction. But when we take the time to, first identify and dislodge limiting beliefs that stop us dreaming, and then picture our future selves in their entirety, then we create a map to creating it.
