Confessions of a Female Leader

Leadership is such a mixed bag! There is no one size fits all and as a woman in leadership, I've had my tough lessons. My goal is to be transparent and open about these lessons in hopes that it will help you avoid or confront your own. I am the first one to tell you, I don't know it! If someone tells you that you can read a few books on leadership, and you'll be good, I'd question it!
