Andrew Carpenter is a South Australian lawyer who has been labeled by the Herald Sun as “The man most hated by Australian child sex offenders" due to his strong advocacy for survivors of childhood sexual abuse.

Andrew started a law reform campaign known as ‘Super for Survivors’ which sought that the government enable survivors of sexual abuse to access the superannuation of offenders. He was soon joined by Grace Tame (Australian of the Year and author), Madeleine West (actress, podcaster, and author), and charities Fighters Against Childhood Abuse Australia and the Carly Ryan Foundation who assisted his advocacy.
