This story is about a few such letters.
Retired from Postal Services, after a 40 year long career, Prasad Joshi returns to his hometown, Jabalpur.
Preparing for his Wedding Anniversary, Joshi receives a box of undelivered letters from his office, which to his surprise, changes all his plans forever.

Mr Joshi is yet to recover from his recent injury and Amit begins his web search to find the true receipts and writers of the letters. Helping his father with his expert head massage, Amit and Mr Joshi read their first letter together. The letter moves Prasad Joshi, leading him to question his opinion on Amit’s people.
Mr Joshi is a man of great talents. One among them is the delicious Biryani his makes, the story of which goes back to his youth. Mr Joshi shares a dramatic flashback tale of a aspiring chef, who is none other than himself.
To his surprise, Mr. Joshi finds himself joined by Sudha as they eagerly delve into the contents of the next letter. This letter reveals the story of Akash and his house help Vipin! What unfolds is a heartwarming journey of self-discovery as Akash, a filmmaker at heart, crafts a mesmerizing short documentary that forever alters the course of Vipin's life. The letter makes Mr Joshi ponder upon Amit’s decision to open his own salon.
Enjoying his usual cold coffee at his favorite spot, CA Cafe, Mr Joshi is made aware of the financial struggles of his dear friend, Amod. But that's just the beginning. The next letter unfolds the Story of Ayush and Neha, telling the story of a how they brought two lovers together with a sweet little lie. The letter rings a bell to Mr Joshi. He starts his scooter and rides to Amod’s abode.
Unsettled by his fight with Amit, Mr Joshi decides to read the first letter. In a moment of uncertainty, he chooses to open the first letter, knowing little that he is embarking on the most transformative journey of his lifetime. Moved by the story of a newly wed couple, Vikas and Priyanka, and their honeymoon busride, a young couple embarking on a honeymoon bus ride, Mr. Joshi's heart begins to stir with emotion. Mr Joshi cancels his anniversary celebration. He puts on his apron and walks to the Kitchen.
