I had the great opportunity to sit down with Taylor Ann (TLP Case Manager) and Mariah (Community Outreach and Education Coordinator) and learn more about the Transitional Living Program. This program serves both in Josephine and Jackson County.
We also briefly talked about the Safe Families, a short-term housing program that consists of a host family voluntarily take in children 0-22. Please see attachment for further details.

Joan Eberling is the founder and serves as an instructor at Pacific Health Care Training. Her desire to connect with local health care agencies and produce high quality students into the health care industry is respected and accepted as a top program in the state.
Joan brings an immense amount of experience from field into the classroom. Her passion for quality training for health care services is contagious!
Jeff is the Coordinator for the Vo-Tech Program in Grants Pass. This trades, hands-on program is open to young adults ranging in ages 16-24. This opportunity offers a basic entry-level experience in Carpentry, Automotive, and Welding.
