“Do I have to be visible to grow my business?”
I asked myself this exact question, face to face with my business coach.
Spoiler alert: I didn’t love her answer. 😬
In this episode of Business, I Have No Clue, I walk you through what happened when I refused to open an Instagram account… and what I know now about visibility, personal branding, and why it’s not about being everywhere, but about being seen by the right people.
If you're wondering:
Do I really need to show up online?
Is a personal brand actually necessary?
Can I be successful without being visible?
This episode is your mirror.
Let’s talk truth, introversion, fear, and the quiet power of building a business that people can actually find.

What if the only thing standing between you and your next level in business... is the thing you’re avoiding?
💡 In this episode of Business, I Have No Clue, I tell the story of standing on the edge of an active volcano—heart pounding—and how that moment mirrored exactly what entrepreneurship has taught me.
It’s not about being fearless.
It’s about training yourself to do the scary thing. Over and over again.
🎧 We’ll talk about:
• What fear actually means in your business
• Why confidence comes from repetition, not readiness
• How to train your visibility muscle—step by step
• And how I went from frozen to fearless (well, almost)

When my first business coach told me, "You need Instagram," I felt a cold knot in my stomach.
I didn't even have an account. No clue how to use it. No idea what to share.
But I wanted a successful business—badly. So I tried. I posted. I deleted. I tried again. It felt like shouting into a black box.
Reels came, and instead of learning them, I hid in stories. I launched a podcast—no one listened. I tried ads—burned money with nothing to show for it.
I felt small. Unseen. Like a girl with a dream that would never be real.
But then something changed. I stopped hiding. I stopped trying to sound like everyone else. I built a visibility system that fits my energy. And suddenly, being visible became easy. Even fun.
Now, I attract clients who truly get me. I share content without overthinking. I love being on camera, even with my Dutch accent ;)
And in this episode, we are going to check if you need a visibility system too.
If you’re an introverted, highly sensitive woman who wants to build a business without burning out, this is for you.

Have you ever stopped yourself from going live, recording a course, or posting that reel… simply because you didn’t like how you looked or sounded?
Me too.
In this deeply personal episode, I’m taking you behind the scenes of what really held me back when I started showing up online—and what finally helped me move forward.
From hating how my curly hair looked in a ponytail, to cringing at my Dutch accent, to feeling exposed on camera without makeup… I had to make peace with me before I could be fully visible.
🎧 I’ll share:
The exact obstacles I faced in showing up confidently online
How I learned to love my face, voice, and presence on screen
The surprising mindset shift that made visibility feel safe again
Why being okay with how you look is a non-negotiable for real visibility
Practical tools + how I got from self-conscious to showing up in pajamas
This isn’t about being camera-perfect—it’s about being real, grounded, and visible in a way that feels introvert- and HSP-friendly.

🎙 "You’re posting, you’re showing up… but it feels like no one is paying attention. Ever wondered why?"
I used to post online without a strategy. I shared my daily life, random thoughts, and little updates. But I wasn’t growing. I wasn’t getting clients. And I didn’t understand why.
Then I realized: I didn’t have a personal brand.
In this episode, I’m breaking down:
✔️ The real reason why posting alone isn’t enough
✔️ How I went from blending into the noise to attracting my ideal clients
✔️ What a personal brand actually is (and how it connects to your business)
✔️ The key element that makes a personal brand unforgettable
✔️ Why opinions matter in branding—and how to start sharing yours
🚀 If you’re tired of feeling invisible online, this episode is for you.

Have you ever felt like the world was just too much? Like you were constantly overstimulated, exhausted, or struggling to fit into environments that drained you?
I get it. For years, I thought something was wrong with me. I was overwhelmed in offices, took on everyone else’s emotions, and avoided the spotlight because feedback crushed me. I thought I had to toughen up to succeed in business—until I discovered I was a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP).
And that changed everything.
🎙 In this episode, I’m sharing:
✔️ My first realization that I was different (cue childhood cinema meltdown!)
✔️ How traditional workspaces almost broke me—and what I do now instead
✔️ Why I built my business to work for my sensitivity, not against it
✔️ My exact strategies for designing a schedule that protects my energy
✔️ How I went from fearing visibility to thriving in the spotlight—on my terms
✨ If you’ve ever felt like business wasn’t built for people like us, this episode is for you.
And if you feel like this was inspiring for you, please let me know by sharing the episode! Take a screenshot, tag me on Instagram, and send this to a fellow business owner who might be an HSP too.

Is being a woman in business really a disadvantage? Or could it actually be your biggest strength?
In this episode, I challenge the traditional narrative and share why women thrive in business when they embrace their natural strengths. From being overlooked in my first job to building a successful business on my own terms, I’ve learned how to turn gender bias into a strategic advantage.
I’ll cover:
✔ The biggest advantages women have in business (that we rarely talk about)
✔ Why playing by men’s rules isn’t the path to success
✔ How to stop being overlooked and start being recognized as an expert
✔ The hidden power of asking for help (and why men are more likely to say yes!)
✔ The mindset shift that changed everything for me

In this episode of the "I Have No Clue" podcast, I share my experience of failing to pass her examination of the NLP trainers course and offer advice on how to deal with failure as an entrepreneur.
We all experience failure on some level, whether it's not selling our products as much as we want to or our advertising not working as well as we hoped. When I failed her certification training for NLP, I was angry and didn't understand why I didn't pass despite putting in a lot of hard work.
So, what to do when you fail? It talk about not losing sight of the reason behind pursuing this particular goal in/for business. It's easy to get caught up in the desire for something that validates our skills, but we should also focus on how it can benefit our business or personal growth.
As an entrepreneur, it's important to remember that failure is not the end of the world. We can learn from our failures and use them to improve and grow.
failure is inevitable, but it's how we deal with it that matters. As entrepreneurs, we should not be afraid of failure and instead, use it as an opportunity to learn and grow.

I share my experience of how I managed to survive a couple group trips last month and give tips that can help you to survive as well as introvert. It doesn't matter if you're an entrepreneur or not.
Key Points:
Group trips can be tough for introverts, entrepreneur or not, but with some preparation and communication, it's possible to make them more enjoyable.
