Some special experiences about X-ray monochromator.

For nearly 40 years, I have been involved in the experiments at synchrotron and neutron facilities.  As is quite often, the work can be overnight work.  Actually, I have just come back from such work.  I'm now over 60 years old, but it is OK.  I will tell you some of secrets.
