In this episode, we break down why the popular phrase “happy wife, happy life” is silently destroying relationships — and eroding men’s confidence in the process. What starts as good intentions often turns into self-abandonment: saying yes when you mean no, hiding your opinions, tolerating disrespect, and prioritizing her happiness at the cost of your own integrity. We explore how this people-pleasing dynamic kills attraction, creates resentment, and ultimately leads to emotional disconnection. You’ll learn why your partner doesn’t actually want a yes-man, how trying to fix her emotions backfires, and what it really means to be a confident, grounded man in a long-term relationship. If you’re tired of walking on eggshells, constantly trying to keep the peace, or wondering why your relationship feels off — this conversation will help you take your power back. 👉 Watch now to reclaim your integrity, speak your mind without guilt, and rebuild the respect you’ve lost — both from her and from yourself. What’s one moment where you realized you were prioritizing her feelings over your values? Drop it in the comments — let’s open up a real conversation around confidence, honesty, and self-respect in relationships. 362012

[#264] The Dark Truths About Human Psychology That Nobody Wants to Hear
Get free access to my Nice Guy Recovery & Confidence Building course (worth $130) and connect with like-minded men when you join Brojo here… all for free! https://www.skool.com/brojo-the-integrity-army-6491/about ---- Most people live under comforting illusions about psychology, motivation, love, and even hope. But after 20+ years of coaching, probation work, and studying real human behavior, I’ve learned that the truth is much darker—and much more liberating once you face it. In this video, I break down the dark truths about human psychology that nobody wants to hear. You’ll learn why psychology isn’t really a science, why people aren’t motivated to succeed (only to repeat themselves), and why “love” isn’t a feeling at all but a pattern of behavior. I’ll expose why your thoughts and feelings don’t define who you are—your actions do—and why free will may not be what you think it is. We’ll also look at the big picture: why hope often crushes more than it helps, why humanity can’t be saved, and why that shouldn’t stop you from living a powerful, meaningful life right now. This isn’t about pessimism—it’s about clarity. When you see people as they really are (including yourself), you stop wasting energy on illusions and start building integrity, confidence, and resilience. 👉 Question for you: Which of these dark truths hit you hardest—and why? [#263] Escaping the Red Pill Trap: A Confidence Coach Breaks It Down
Red Pill ideology claims to reveal the “truth” about women, dating, and masculinity — but does it actually work? As a confidence coach who’s worked with men for years, I’ve seen firsthand how Red Pill beliefs destroy relationships, lower self-esteem, and lead to bitterness and isolation. In this video, I break down the 10 core claims of Red Pill philosophy — from hypergamy and “high value men” to frame control, emotional suppression, and the belief that all women are manipulative — and I test each one against science, psychology, and real-life results. This isn’t an emotional rant or a hit piece. It’s a rational, evidence-based challenge for men who feel stuck. If you’ve tried Red Pill and still feel lost, angry, or alone, this might be the perspective shift you need. You’ll also learn healthier, more honest alternatives — ones that build real confidence, deepen relationships, and lead to genuine peace of mind. 👉 Question for you: Have Red Pill beliefs helped you… or held you back? Be honest. Share your experience in the comments — I read every one. And if you're ready to ditch the bitterness and build true self-worth, subscribe for more content like this.

[#262] Why Repressing Anger Is Ruining Your Life (Especially If You’re a Nice Guy)
Why do so many "nice guys" struggle with confidence, boundaries, and resentment? Because they’ve been taught that anger is dangerous, shameful, or weak — and they’ve been suppressing it for years. In this episode, I break down why repressing anger doesn’t make you a better man — it makes you resentful, anxious, depressed, and, eventually… explosive. You’ll learn how repressed anger creates passive-aggressive behavior, self-loathing, and even destructive outbursts. More importantly, I’ll show you how to express anger healthily — without hurting people, and without losing control. Anger isn’t the problem. It’s power. It’s fuel. It’s the emotional fire that helps you stand up for yourself, set boundaries, and live with courage. And if you’ve been people-pleasing your whole life, learning to express anger is one of the most powerful transformations you’ll ever experience. ⚠️ If you feel like you’re stuck, emotionally numb, or constantly walking on eggshells, this episode will give you a way out. 👉 Let me know in the comments: How has anger shown up in your life — and what happens when you try to express it? Let's talk.

[#253] The Philosophy of Integrity: Finding the Meaning of Life Through Confidence Building
Dan Munro outlines his Philosophy of Integrity in full for the first time. This philosophy emphasizes individual self-discovery and the absence of rigid rules. Integrity is defined as consistency and honesty, while confidence is described as a deep-seated belief in oneself. The philosophy posits that increasing integrity leads to greater confidence and a better life. Munro identifies core values as subjective principles guiding your behavior in a way that will improve your confidence and the lives of those around you, such as honesty, courage, and responsibility. He stresses the importance of aligning your everyday actions with your values, continuous adaptation of your values, and the rejection of instant gratification for long-term benefits. Munro also highlights the influence of various philosophers and thinkers on this philosophy. At the end, you will get a step by step practical guide for living by with integrity: Action Items [ ] Identify your core values. [ ] Create a guiding principle or definition for each value. [ ] Test and measure how well you are living by your values, and refine them as needed. [ ] Treat each day as an opportunity to experiment with living more by your values. [ ] Use the 3x model of curiosity, honesty, and respect to continuously enhance your wisdom about living with integrity.

[#246] Neurodivergent Love: Psychopath (ASPD) x Borderline (BPD) Relationship- Teagan’s story
I've got a new podcast for you that's here by popular demand. The last podcast I did was with the honest psychopath Jackson Noble, and I got a lot of inquiries about his partner Teagan. People wanted to know what it was like for her to be with an open psychopath, to be in a loving relationship with him, to observe him as a father and a partner, and to know if it's possible to have a healthy and loving relationship with somebody with Antisocial Personality Disorder (ASPD). Well, Teagan has gracefully agreed to be interviewed and to talk about her experiences openly and honestly. She also identifies as neurodivergent and believes she has Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). And yet she says their relationship is "99% healthy". Together we explored what it means to love when you don't experience emotions deeply, how safe it is to be in a relationship with a psychopath, and how that compares to her previous relationships with neurotypical men. Let's meet her and hear her fascinating story.
