With 4% voluntary turnover, 44 consecutive years of profitability, the lowest ranking for customer complaints in their industry, 85% of employees saying they’re proud to work for Southwest, It begs the question how did they do this? Especially how did they do this during a time when there were so many layoffs in their industry.
