Devpoint - the agile company - is a Swiss based software and hardware development company with a powerful nearshore - some say offshore - in Hungary. Devpoint was founded 2008 by serial entrepreneur Martin Czene.
We build software solutions for our customers from telecoms, industry, automotive and financial sectors and more. Be it web based enterprise applications, mobile apps or also workflow and process supporting solutions.
Devpoint creates products for our customers together with them. We built for instance the first smart fridge for a B2B application in Switzerland. Or the first real facility management solution based on the concept of IoT. Or a marketing tool for a telecom company to bring together all branches of the company. Or - lately - a 3d museum for sneakers in the browser as a game. So - from base up to innovative solutions.
With our expertise of developing hard and software since over 35 years we want to bring you weekly podcasts about our work, our own solutions and what we think about technology, development and the state of agile.
In the last year we built two new products by ourselves - a new version for the smart fridge which encompasses the common chasms of solutions so far. The other product is a revolutionary mobile app for new kind of interaction in the virtual real world. This is our first series in the podcasts too. So - join us.
