Vera Sjoberg just had a huge breakout year on the track while wrapping up her time with Boston University! The Swedish distance star ran 4:28 in the mile and 15:27 for 5000 meters, earning All-American honors in both events (silver in the latter). Georgetown's Chloe Scrimgeour has been on a hot streak that few women in the NCAA can match. After earning All-American honors in the 5k last spring, taking 8th at the 2023 NCAA XC Championships and recently running 15:24 (5k), Scrimgeour has quickly become one of the more challenging distance runners to race against.
The Hoya star walks our audience through her tough adjustment period to the NCAA -- running 2:20 (800) in her first-ever collegiate track race -- to toeing the line against women like Parker Valby and Katelyn Tuohy.

Oregon's Maddy Elmore has been one of the biggest and best breakout stars in the NCAA over the last year. After dealing with multiple injuries that nearly caused her to medically retire, Elmore has gone on to have major success, running tremendous personal bests of 4:08 (1500), 4:33 (mile) and 8:50 (3k).

We've got yet another special guest on tap! BYU's Aidan Troutner just became the first-ever runner to go under four minutes in the indoor mile on Utah soil. With a 3:59 mark earning a 3:54 conversion, Troutner (currently) sits atop the NCAA mile leaderboard.
