#11 - Adam Gray (Overcoming Adversity: A Story of Hope and Resilience with Adam)

Today I have my friend Adam Gray joining me. Three years ago Adam’s life changed forever. At just 32 years of age, he was diagnosed with an aggressive form of pancreatic neuroendocrine cancer. As well as a primary tumour in his pancreas, he had additional tumours in his liver, lungs, and lymph nodes. At that point he was given 6 to 12 months to live. Since then, he and his family have been on an incredible journey and while the road to full recovery is still a challenging one there is a lot of optimism in Adam’s latest results.

Our conversation touches on the importance of self-learning, his holistic approach to health and the understanding of looking for the right balance in our lives.
