Let me explain.
Shoutout to those who have given me nothing but accountability.
Season 3 is here and we have
This may seem a little ‘woo woo’ but this concept has changed the way I think this year.
I really wanted to share it with you all. Every single law is relevant and we can all observe our own lives and see where it all applies.
This is how the world works.

It's my first solo podcast in a while. I think it's time I did one and did it for my 60th episode. I want to celebrate the past year and a half and the journey that I have been on.
All of this happens for a reason and I am grateful for you listeners for witnessing it all.
I had the honour of sitting down with founder of clothing brand L2TL Salvation Mumu. I’ve heard a lot of good things about this man and I have been told that he is very “down to earth”.
Salvation definitely fits that description. We discuss his journey of starting a clothing brand and breaking the typical cycle of exchanging your body and time for wealth.

Listen carefully in the episode as I spill a little bit about my next project ;)
I love talking about mental health. It is never going ever to be black or white. As humans, we are all wired differently. Holly can vouch for this, she works with children as a school counselor and also worked with adults previously.
We all experience the same thing but we also don’t. We talk about dating, screen time, seeking dopamine, and being present.

She speaks to the duality of being a first-generation South Asian in Australia, highlighting how embracing your "main character energy" begins with a journey of self-discovery and embracing both tradition and individuality.

I always wanted to sit down with Olivia to talk about the industry we both work in. Starting off just following each other on IG, I realized how much knowledge she bring to the table espec, ially for women. So obviously I had to invite her
We need to understand what discomfort means. Many people have a misconception about discomfort. Sometimes we choose the easier discomfort, but it may not benefit our well-being as much as challenging ourselves, like running our first 5k. Now as a coach specializing in women’s health and mentoring.

Steph is bold and confident, and a journey comes with that! This wasn’t always the case experiencing judgement in her teen years.
Coming into her 20s, she realized that life is too short for people to care what they think about you. Her extravagant work in makeup displays her creativity. Here’s the crazy part, she is self-taught!

This was long overdue. Jed is a familiar face of the podcast and I’ve been wanting to sit with him 1:1 for a long time. The timing just wasn’t there until I had one of my guests cancel on me.
Jed and I were in the same room when that guest canceled on me so I thought, perfect timing. What a conversation we had about having leaders in your life and being one yourself. We believe that we’re all leaders of our lives even if you see yourself as a number 2,3, or even 4.

Charlotte likes to describe herself as a passionate observer and consumer in the fitness industry. Coming from a background of being athletic as a child, she never really found praise in your upbringing.
She had to learn how to give herself that praise in her adult life and through going through traumatic relationships and dating.
Fast forward to today, she is now living her best life… and I’ll let you tell the rest.

It is so good to sit with somebody that gets it. I met Josh back in 2021 as a starting Physiotherapist who experienced imposter syndrome. I mean still to this day, he experiences it.
We discussed why he does what he does and I loved his answer. It all went back to making sure no one is ever alone in their journey.
