An alternate history podcast exploring what would happen if 99% of the world's population was autistic and/or neurodivergent. As a result of this, this world ended up very different from that of our own timeline in terms of societies, cultures, governments and other facets of humanity, but how exactly? That’s what we’re here to theorize.

This show is changing focus from an alternate history/worldbuilding podcast to one in which I talk about my own experiences and imagine the world of "Autopia" which contains a majority neurodivergent population with neurotypicals as a minority.

Today, we're going to be discussing how language developed in the alternate world of Autopia, how it differs for that of the neurotypical world and the ways in which people use it in everyday life. There is an important announcement about the future of the show as well, so make sure you're tuned in for that.

In this episode, we focus in on a situation involving a couple of residents of Ra'aht (This timeline's equivalent of Ancient Egypt) hunting down a formidable foe in order to restock their town with food and appease the ruler of a much more prosperous nearby kingdom. Unbenknownst to them, they have an allistic sidekick on board, but will this person help or hinder their efforts?
In this first episode, we explain how the timeline is created, what causes it to branch out from our own, and give a brief introduction to broad human culture.
