Join Wanda and Paula as they discuss all things relating to ASMR. The ASMR HQ podcast is a jumping point for discussion regarding ASMR triggers, artists, equipment and more. You can also look forward to hearing ASMR sounds as well as softly spoken and whispering audio. It is most often felt as a tingling sensation in the back of the head and is very soothing and relaxing.
