Relationships Are Not Subscriptions: Letting Go With Grace.

Namaskar Bandhu!

In this heartfelt episode of “I Am Possible,” Ashish Vidyarthi dives deep into the truth of relationships—how to love without losing yourself, when to hold on, and when to let go with grace.

Key takeaways:

Relationships aren’t lifelong subscriptions—exits are okay when respect fades.

Don’t carry “emotional antiques”—toxic ties drain your present and future.

Walk beside people, don’t sit on them—support without suffocating.

Breathe before you react—most fights come from instant reactions, not lack of love.

Empty your “cup” of yesterday to taste today—don’t bring old baggage into new bonds.

Respect is non-negotiable—kindness isn’t a one-sided agreement.

Not all silences are abandonment, and not all exits are failures.

Stories & metaphors you’ll love:

The samurai and the monk: the difference between heaven and hell is in our response.

Karna from the Mahabharata: respecting choices while honoring your own truth.

The overflowing tea cup: make space for new, healthy connections.

If this conversation resonated, share it with someone who needs to hear:

“Letting go isn’t betrayal—it’s self-respect in action."

Mirage vs Reality : Live Within Your Means - Ashish Vidyarthi on FOMO, Debt & Real Freedom

Namaskar,

Dear friend,

In this powerful episode, Ashish Vidyarthi explores the tension between the mirage we chase and the reality we live. From EMI pressure, FOMO, and Insta validation to lessons from Mahabharat’s Maya Sabha, this talk is a candid reminder to live within our means and choose peace over pretense.

What you’ll hear:

The cost of appearing successful vs living truthfully

“If your lifestyle is richer than your bank balance, your peace will be poorer than your Instagram bio.”

Duryodhan and the illusion of comparison (Maya Sabha)

Personal money lessons: credit card debt, auto-pay discipline, and second-hand cars

Why simplicity is clarity—not poverty

Happiness is in enough, not excess

Landmark Forum insight: “The money you have is the money you have.”

Core message:

Lifestyle should follow reality, not insecurity

Enjoy luxuries when they’re earned, not borrowed

Public happiness shouldn’t be private pain

Live your truth—because respect follows authenticity.

If this resonated, share it with someone feeling the pressure to “keep up.”

Cheers to love, and to your amazing reality.

Break Free from Stress & Comparison | Transform Your Mindset & Embrace Your True Potential

In this empowering talk, we explore why stress and comparison drain us, and how to shift from comparing yourself to others to learning and growing as your unique self. What you’ll learn in this video:

Why it’s okay to step away from things that don’t align with your heart

Practical exercises to help you reflect and grow

The importance of evolving and investing in your mindset

Inspiring stories from the acting world about redefining success

Spend a day observing others — not to compare, but to learn.

Journal your feelings around your daily actions — what drains you, what empowers you.

Celebrate your small and big victories every single day.

Kya Hum Khush Rehna Bhool Gaye Hain? | Ashish Vidyarthi & Rupali Barua #Couplepodcast #life

Zindagi… ek ajeeb si journey hai. Kabhi ups, kabhi downs. Hum sab kabhi na kabhi down feel karte hain… Main aur Rupali bhi. Lekin maine ek baat samjhi hai — "Hum zindagi ko celebrate kar sakte hain, har haal mein!"

Main past mein ulajhta nahi… main hamesha poochhta hoon — "What next?"

Aur jab dil bhaari hota hai, toh Rupali aur main ek simple formula follow karte hain —

"Apne aap par hasso, thoda sa waqt chura lo khud ke liye… aur apni life ka rhythm badal do!"

Iss video mein, hum share kar rahe hain woh chhoti-chhoti baatein jo hum dono ko cheerful banaye rakhti hain…Humare conversations, humare lamhe, aur ek soch

— “Zindagi ko seriously nahi, dil se jeeyo.”

Toh agar aap bhi kabhi low feel karte ho, yeh video aapke liye ek nudge ho sakta hai…

Aaiye, milkar thoda sa muskuraate hain

Job Chhodne Ka Soch Rahe Ho? Yeh Suno Pehle! | Ashish Vidyarthi

Doston, kabhi socha hai ki hum apni life mein kitni baar dare hain?

Naye shuruat se, naye raste se, naye sapno se… Sirf isliye kyunki darr lagta hai—"Agar career change kiya toh kya hoga?"

Par ek baat bataun? Zindagi sirf ek hi baar milti hai… Aur yeh ek hi zindagi sirf sochne ke liye nahi, jeene ke liye bani hai!

Maine bhi yeh sab mehsoos kiya tha jab sirf ek actor tha… par ek din maine socha—kyun na naye raste kholein? Kyun na naye doors knock karein? Aaj main sirf ek actor nahi, balki motivational speaker, vlogger, aur stand-up comedian bhi hoon!

Career change ek risk nahi, ek opportunity hai! Aapke andar jo talent hai, usko pehchano aur naye opportunities ko embrace karo. Sirf ek path ko follow karne ki zaroorat nahi, naye raaste khud banao! Kyunki career wahi hota hai jo aap apni zindagi ke saath karte ho!

Agar aap bhi career change ke baare mein soch rahe hain, par andar ek darr hai, ek shanka hai… toh yeh video aapke liye hai. Main chahata hoon ki aap apni zindagi khul ke jiyo! ️

Bas ek kadam badhao… duniya intezaar kar rahi hai!

Agar yeh baat dil ko choo gayi, toh LIKE karo, SHARE karo, aur SUBSCRIBE zaroor karna… Kyunki hum sabko ek doosre ki zaroorat hai.

Alshukran Bandhu,

Alshukran Zindagi.

उन्होंने मुझे एक हारे हुए व्यक्ति जैसा महसूस कराया... | They Made Me Feel Like A Loser...

Have you ever felt like everyone else is racing ahead while you're stuck in the same place? Trust me, I've been there. In a world where we're constantly bombarded with others' successes, it's easy to look inward and wonder, "What's wrong with me?" Friends, family, and even those closest to us might point out where we're falling short, intensifying that sinking feeling.

As someone who is constantly in the public eye, I face this too. There are days when disappointment knocks me down, when criticism feels overwhelming, and when self-doubt creeps in. But over the years, I've learned how to navigate these storms.

In this episode, I open my heart to you. I’ll share how I’ve dealt with these moments, how I’ve shifted my mindset, and how you too can find your footing when life feels like it’s slipping away. This isn't just about me—it's about us embarking on a journey to rediscover our inner ingredients. Remember, feeling lost doesn't make you a loser. It's a sign that you're human, and together, we can find our way back to hope and purpose.

It’s not about never falling—it’s about how we rise every single time we fall.

Join me, and let's transform that devastating feeling into a powerful force that propels us forward.

Has Ashish Vidyarthi Left The Film Industry?

At 59, having acted in over 350 films in 11 languages, I still get asked, "Have you left movies?" or "Why are you not seen in films anymore?" Here's something I want to share with you all.

I have traveled far and wide, and explored the ever-expanding world of cinema & social media, you’d think I’ve seen it all. But the truth is, I’m hungry—hungry for more roles, new experiences, and deeper connections. Every day, I ask myself, “What’s next?”

Life is an evolving canvas, isn’t it? We carry dreams that once defined us—like my dream of visiting Machu Picchu or making my own film. Yet, while some dreams remain unrealized, countless unexpected treasures have unfolded in their place. These hidden gems remind us that the magic of life lies not just in chasing our old dreams but in staying present to the new ones that emerge along the way.

In this podcast, I’ll share how I navigate life’s twists and turns, balancing stand-up comedy, vlogging, motivational speaking, and acting. It’s not about juggling; it’s about being present in the moment and finding fulfillment in the things that inspire us.

Yes, challenges are part of the deal. There are moments when life feels overwhelming, when too many things seem to hold us back. But here’s the key: it’s not the external circumstances that limit us—it’s how we interpret them. By rewiring that internal translator, we can turn obstacles into stepping stones and possibilities into realities.

This conversation is just the beginning of a deeper exploration into doing more with your life—living it fully, authentically, and with joy.

Let me know in the comments - What inspires you? What’s holding you back? Let’s start a dialogue, because every step towards the life you dream of begins with a thought, an idea, and the courage to act.

Your journey inspires me as much as I hope mine inspires you.

If this resonates, don’t forget to like, share, and follow on this journey.

Let’s unlock those hidden opportunities together, my friend.

With love and warmth,

Ashish Vidyarthi
