Hey guys, we are back with another episode of As You Should! This week I got into some habits and things you should bring into 2023 in order to be ahead of everyone else! You might as well start now so they can already be incorporated in your routine by the time 2023 comes around. I hope you all are preparing for finals and wish you luck on them if you still have any. And I just wanted to say thank you all for your support - Spotify created a 2022 wrapped for As You Should and I was shocked when I saw some of the statistics. You guys are the absolute best, and to continue your support, make sure you leave a review and subscribe to the As You Should on Apple, Spotify, or YouTube. This wouldn't be where it is today if it wasn't for all of you!

Hey everyone, welcome back to another episode of As You Should! In this weeks episode, I get into how we tend to not realize when we are settling for less than what we deserve, whether that's in friendships or relationships. Even when people tell us we desereve more, we may not believe them and think that this is the best you will ever find. WRONG! There's someone out there that will never make you question a thing and treat you like the queen/king you are. Tune in to today's episode to hear my advice on how to realize you deserve better in your relationships and friendships. Have a great week!

Hey everyone, welcome back to another episode of As You Should! I've missed you guys, but this week I wanted to talk about how we all tend to be our own worst enemy or critic. This is something I deal with on a regular basis and I feel as though I'm not the only one. It all comes down to how we treat ourselves at the end of the day. Listen to this episode to figure out where your enemy is channeling from and how to nip it in the bud. I hope you all enjoyed this week's episode - stay positive and stay motivated... As You Should!

Hey everyone! Welcome back to another episode of As you Should! This week's episode had to be cut a little short so my apologies for that, but this episode can still provide a lot of value for you. I talked about how I needed to isolate myself for a few days and take a weekend trip away from reality and how that helped me mentally. Along with going over how I am going to start prioritizing the things that I hate doing because they're important and also going over tips I highly recommend you use to help you if you're bad with time management like myself. Hope you all enjoyed the long holiday weekend, stay safe and catch you all next Monday!

Hey guys! Welcome back to another episode of As You Should! I know I've been MIA for the past 2 weeks without uploading any episodes but life decided to throw some curveballs my way so I had to make sure I was tending to those things first. But we are back with another episode this week and boy have I missed you all. This week I talk about getting into the back to school season, how I'm trying to prepare myself for it and what helps me stay on track for the semester. Let's make this semester a good one!

Hey loves, welcome back to another episode of As You Should! This week I talk about how I've been in a motivational slump for the past few weeks and what I am choosing to do in order to get out of it. I also have realized I'm always in a rush and am never present in the moment with most things that I do. And I want that to change quickly because being present in the moment is something that we need to enjoy since it really is the only time that we have control over. I hope some of you can relate to this episode, and if you're going through a motivational slump too, just know it's temporary. You got this! Love you all, have a great week.
Hey guys, welcome back to another episode of As You Should! This week was a little different since I was recording while driving (oops) but in this episode I start off talking about setting 48-hour goals versus long term goals and how they may be easier to achieve. With setting long term goals, you have to have a plan and discipline to follow the plan in order to reach the goal. And with improving your circle, I talk about how who you surround yourself with is what you'll become. So if you surround yourself with successful and positive minded people, you're more likely to become that versus if you were hanging out with bums. I hope you all enjoyed this episode, and have a great week! Love you all <3 thank you for 1K followers!

Hey everyone, welcome back to another episode of As You Should! This week's episode is a lot different and a lot longer, but that's because we had a special guest joining us this week. Ethan Stokes, a fitness influencer and model from Texas who has quite an origin story about his childhood and life experiences. We talk about what he has been through emotionally, mentally, and physically throughout his journey and how he ended up where he is now. This episode will definitely keep you entertained but at the same time it should remind you that no matter what life throws at you or what you're going through, things can and will change for you. Things will lighten up when you least expect it and you'll find your purpose at the right time, it's all about being patient with life. I hope you all really enjoyed this episode, and if you listened to the whole thing... I love you.

Hey guys, welcome back to another episode of As You Should! This week I'm talking about what a high value person is and how to attract a high value person into your life. High value individuals are certain of what they want, they don't play games or waste anyone's time. Also remember that what you attract is a reflection of who you are and what you stand by. Be wise on who you invest your time and energy into and only give it to those that you consider high value, because those people will have your best interest in mind and always put you first. Happy Fourth of July weekend! Stay safe <3
Hey everyone, we are back with another episode of As You Should! After a crazy past 2 weeks, I'm back with a topic for you all since the last 2 episodes were about the latest events that happened in my life. In this episode I talk about delusional optimism. This concept isn't talked about much, but it's something that can potentially change your dynamic and how you go about achieving your goals. Like most things, there are pros and cons to this concept but if you focus more on the good, it can be beneficial to you and your future. Also, make sure you follow my new instagram below! Thanks for listening <3

Hey guys! We are back with another episode of As You Should. On this week's episode, I didn't really have any topic planned because of how mentally draining this past week has been for me. But this was still a very good episode in the sense being that I spoke very openly and honestly with how I've been feeling lately. I hope you all got something out of this episode, and thank you for all of you guys' continued support. Love you all

This episode is just a life update considering some events that have taken place in the past few days so I'm just here updating you all on what's been going on. If you follow me on my Instagram, then you know what I'm referring to, but this episode is basically me explaining everything that happened, and how it happened. Hey guys! Happy Memorial Day and hope you're all enjoying the holiday weekend! But we are back with another episode of As You Should! Today I wanted to talk about how we tend to compare our lives to other people's highlight reels on social media. Along with comparing, it's common to seek validation on social media as well as caring about likes and comments on your posts. Just remember that not everything on social media is as it seems and don't fall into the trap of believing it.

Hey guys, welcome back to another episode of As You Should! This week I talk about protecting your energy and taking note of where we invest our energy into. Once you identify those energy takers in your life, you'll be able to invest that energy into something that gives you positive energy. Take some time this week to identify your energy takers and energy givers! Thanks for listening!
