Episode 32 — and yes, recorded as file #32 in my dictaphone. Just one of the little signs that you’re always more supported than you think.
This short, raw episode (recorded straight from the car), serves as a reminder for the moments that life brings you to your knees — physically, emotionally, spiritually.
It's to honor the surprising signs of love that still surround us — even when everything feels heavy or lost.
We’ll talk about:
What happens when you finally stop escaping your pain.
The courage it takes to say no — and what can unfold when you do.
The quiet reminders that love still exists, even if it’s not visible.
Why the lowest moments often open unexpected doors.
This episode is all about remembering that even when it feels like everything is falling apart, love is still present — often in ways you don’t yet see.

Creating impact in this world where there is so much emphasis on the value of having kids and starting a family, especially for women, can feel very heavy.
In this episode I take you on this journey and hope to inspire you to find YOUR unique way of creating impact.
All of this inspired by just having attended the funeral of a person that made a huge impact on me and many others, by his personal mission to help others in need. This person is Peter Zeeman, the beloved father of my high school best friend. He touched the hearts of many and opened his house and his family to friends but also kids in need, like I was one day.
Rest in peace Mister Zeeman. Thank you for all you've done and the impact you've made.
In this episode I speak to currently childfree Veerle Beelen da Costa David, who is a coach on inner and outer journeys.
This episode is about self-discovery, setting boundaries, and making personal choices amidst constant movement and change. We go from Veerle moving to Australia and the challenges she faced during the pandemic, including job loss and adjusting to new environments.
On a deeper layer we talk about finding purpose, toxic relationships, whether travel is an escape or actual help. And whether your travel dreams should end when you desire to become a mother.
How do you create YOUR best life?
Thank you again Veerle! Find my guest on insta @unpackbyveer.

In this podcast episode, I share my raw and honest journey of falling into a toxic relationship due to my deep desire for motherhood and a romantic partnership.
This is my experience of being involved with a narcissistic individual. I know the use of this term is becoming popular and going into naming/shaming/blaming is easy. This episode is not here to blame, it’s here to emphasize the importance of recognizing toxic behaviors early on and knowing when you are an ‘easy’ victim.
I share practical tips with you for that difficult phase of desiring motherhood or a romantic partnership badly. Moreover I want to make you aware of the need for real change that goes beyond mere mindset shifts.

Grieving over something that never physically existed is one of the hardest forms of grief. I was invited by Laura Gallis to talk about this type of grief.
Grief is so much more than about a person. It can also be an unfulfilled wish, like the dream to become a mother one day. 🌟 How do you mourn something you never had?

Dreading the holidays? Here are 7 ways to CREATE happier holidays for all of you who are not looking forward to the holidays.
This time of year can be triggering for those feeling childless, who are not happy being single, have 'difficult' families or any other way that makes you feel like you are not where you want to be in your life. I was like you. Christmas used to mark my (felt) failures in life: still single, still unhappy in a relationship, still no motherhood in sight, still a difficult family situation.
But no more! I took control over my own happiness and here are 7 things that I do that help me navigate Christmas as a happy single, childfree, and powerful woman!
In this episode we explore Daniek's journey, a beautiful entrepreneur who spent 3 days with me at a 1-1 coworking retreat.

Daniek went into this retreat with the desire to kickstart a new phase in her business journey. And to focus more on what she wanted to get DONE.
Find out more about how she conquered her profession in this exclusive live.

‘I got so much done these 3 days, it feels as if I was here for a week’.
Daniek Nellissen and I just wrapped up the co-working and camping retreat and my heart is beating so fast! ❤️
Honestly, doing an after talk live is a bit scary because what if it doesn’t go well?😵💫
But you know me, I trust myself and I like searching for these edges 😍
As it was live and unprepared you see a genuine talk and connection on what worked well in this retreat.
Let me summarize for you. Daniek said:
“You’re a great host.”
“I was completely taken care of without being mothered.”
“ I got much more done than I get done at home. I was so focused and it helped me that I didn’t have to think of food and such.”
“We had the best mix of work and fun. It’s shows me it doesn’t have to be only work.”
“I enjoyed my space to do my own things.”
“I am not a camping person but I had a wonderful sleep, I felt like being in a safe little bunker with a comfy bed.”
In one sentence she said: “if you’re doubting, that means you’re leaning towards a yes. Do it.”
Much love,
Anne ☀️
Do you believe it’s possible for you to turn your passion into your business?
If I’m honest… for the longest time I thought it were the lucky few who were able to do it.
But now I let go of the urge to:
have it all right now and instead I allow myself to become better with time,
succeed the first time and insteadI allow myself to have no-one-joining-my-sh*t,
know it all and instead I allow myself to learn,
take big risks and make large jumps and instead I allow myself to take small steps.
It’s all coming towards me. I am building the business and the life of my dreams.
On my terms.
How? Check the live. It all starts with listening to the pull.
Do you dare to listen?
Much love,
Anne ☀️
How do you measure self love?
How do you invest in getting more self love?
For me it was a dark hole for years.
Even the question: ‘is my self love on point?’ had me clueless.
Looking back and looking at the relationships I’ve had (which is a good indicator for your level of self love) my answer is: definitely not.
But in the moment…. I was too scared to look at my own self love. Because I knew it required choices. Like leaving the relationship I was in.
Fast forward to now. My self love rose to a point that I invest in myself, my growth, my happiness, support and joy easily. Abundantly.
I pay for all of it with a smile on my face.
Because I know I’m worth it.
How do you look at self love? Is it on point? If not, are you willing to take a first step today?
Much love,
Anne ☀️
