The Jazz have had it rough since Rudy Gobert tested positive for COVID with losses to the Raptors, Pacers, Pistons, and Cavs. We look like a completely different team without the 3X Defensive Player of the year stuffing the paint and setting screens. Are we worried? Yes. Will we be alright? We are not sure... Clearly we ride the highs and lows of this team and this is a definite low.
NFL playoffs start this week after what felt like the longest season ever, which I am sad it is coming to an end. We go through our predictions for these playoff matchups and I still can't believe this Eagles team made the playoffs LOL.

Utah Jazz had a rough week goin 1-2 at home. The transition defense and overall effort hasn't been what Spencer and I want to see. We discuss this and the upcoming schedule of very winnable games.

#3 Oregon visits SLC to play the #23 Utes in a big matchup and essential preview for the PAC-12 Championship. A lot on the line for both teams as the Ducks try to secure a playoff spot and the Utes make a push to the Rose Bowl. Should be a fun one.
NFL Pick 'Em Week 11 to end the show.
The Jazz are 8-3 and 2nd in the West behind the Golden State Warriors. We both think the Jazz can be even better going forward, especially from behind the arc. Home stand this week against the Pacers, Embiidless Sixers, and the Heat. Should be fun.
BYU #14 in CFP Rankings. Cool.
Utah is #24 and are looking to make the PAC-12 Championship by winning 2 / 3 of the remaining games. Should be cake, but we will see.

CFB rankings came out this week for the first time. Cincinnati is screwed at #6 (or are they???) in the CFB though they are #2 in the AP. BYU is ranked #15 in CFB, which was a nice surprise!

NFL Pick 'Em Week 9 to end the show. Bunch of bummer news this week NFL wise. Derrick Henry injury, Jameis Winston injury, Aaron Rodgers has COVID-19, and Henry Ruggs III made an unforgiveable mistake.
Jazz are 3-0 and we are liking what we are seeing from Whiteside and Paschall. Though the offense isn't totally clicking we like to tally up the wins. The scuffle between Whiteside and one of the two J. Greens on the Nuggets was fun lol.
Bummer Jokic got hurt in the game... he had 24 points in 15 minutes! But Donovan did take advantage of him at the rim.
Utes lose their momentum against Oregon State and lose. Though the Utes still control their destiny to get back to the PAC-12 Championship, they have a tough one against UCLA at home this week in a must win situation.
BYU is back in the rankings at #25 after beating Washington State on the road 21-19. It was not an easy win, but now BYU is 4-0 against the PAC-12 this year lol.

Well Spencer and I both won on some sports bets this weekend, that was fun lol. Utah Jazz started their 2021 training camp this week in Las Vegas to recreate some of that bubble feel! I am excited for the season to start and the focus on the playoffs this year is real as the Jazz made evident during their time with the media this week.
BYU and the Utes both won this week, though it was pretty. BYU is now ranked #13 and will be heading up to Logan on Friday to take on the Aggies. Go Coogz!
NFL week 3 was a blast, other than the Eagles and Seahawks losing games in a rough fashion. CMC is out a couple of weeks so Chuba Hubbard is our darling waiver of the week. I love football so much. I hope it is obvious.

The Utes had a rough weekend after losing in Triple OT to SDSU. Charlie Brewer decided the UofU was not for him, so he is out! Cam Rising will be taking the Utes into the PAC-12 season against Washington State this week. I guess better now than later for Brewer to say 'goodbye'! Weird situation tbh. Sorry Spencer, but this was a tough football weekend for him, with the Utes, Seahawks, and fantasy teams not doing well.
