Known for its original, flavor-driven cuisine, inspired by Jeremy’s childhood in Hong Kong, Ikoyi was named the One to Watch by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2021, and then earned the No. 35 spot on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list in 2023. Jeremy’s book, Ikoyi: A Journey Through Bold Heat with Recipes was published in Spring 2023 by Phaidon, and he is also a contributor to Shari's new book, Chefwise: Life Lessons from Leading Chefs Around the World (Phaidon, Spring 2023, #chefwisebook).
