Lakhmi is not your average wellness coach because she combines Reiki energy healing with practical wellness techniques and tools to help people with busy lifestyles adopt a wellness routine that fits their schedule and lifestyle. She has a science degree and works in the medical field. She used to be a massive skeptic, but everything changed in 2015 when she had her own experience with Reiki Energy and began to discover the science behind energy healing, how it all works, and the power of the mind.
Lakhmi is a certified Reiki Master Teacher and Wellness Coach, and she uses a unique method that she developed called The 111 Approach. It’s all about breaking down your lifestyle into bite-sized chunks and focusing on 1 area at a time. She specializes in developing 1-minute practices to help train your mind into being able to achieve and get real results.
Lakhmi offers bespoke packages that will fit into the individuals’ lifestyles and schedules, so you can work together to achieve transformations and long-lasting results. She has clients all over the world and has had a few Celebrity clients, too! Lakhmi is working with hospitals to bring holistic healing into healthcare systems and to teach Reiki to those who wish to learn.
