Many industrial coatings companies are turning to vapor abrasive blasting vs traditional methods of sand blasting. However, needing two machines for either wet or dry blasting is costly, takes up space and down right unnessecary. Bill Nelson and had Lindquist of Axxiom Mfg. discuss the benefits of the Schimdt Amphiblast which can be used for wet or dry blasting alike. It also introduces a unique method of injecting water after the metering valve to ensure a proper ratio of abrasive to water as well as reduce waste.
