お悩み原文こんにちは、さやさん。私はミカと申します。いつも「お悩みラジオ」のコーナーを楽しみにしています。今回、私も自分の体験を共有したくて、メッセージを送らせていただきました。外国人で、現在は東京に住んでいます。日本には留学ビザで来て、約2年間、日本語学校に通っていました。その学校生活の2年目に、ひどい抑うつ状態になってしまいました。生きる気力を失い、ご飯も食べられず、髪も洗えず、毎日泣いてばかりで、「今日一日を生きるのもつらい」と感じるような日々でした。日本の病院に行き、うつ病と診断され、お薬を処方していただきました。でも、最初はなかなか合う薬が見つからず、症状は良くなりませんでした。そんな中で、私の悩みは「学校の対応」についてです。日本では、うつ病の時に会社や大学、専門学校では診断書があれば休める（病欠・公欠）が、日本語学校ではそれが認められませんでした。医師の診断書を提出しても、「公欠は不可」とはっきり言われ、欠席が続くとビザが取り消されてしまう可能性があると説明されました。体調がどれだけ悪くても、学校に通わないと帰国しなければならない… そんなプレッシャーの中、涙を流しながら教室に通っていました。授業中に泣いてしまったこともありますし、ストレスでめまいがすることもありました。先生方は個人的にはとても優しくて理解のある方も多かったですが、「制度」として何も助けがないことに、正直驚きました。なぜ日本語学校だけが、他の教育機関や職場とこんなに対応が違うのでしょうか？それとも、私のケースだけが特別だったのでしょうか？さやさんのご意見を、ぜひお聞かせいただけたら嬉しいです。よろしくお願いします🙇🏼
