A little self-love every day goes a long way.
Take this year, being the year of change and reflection, as the moment you do some reflection on the relationship with yourself and assess how much you invest in yourself, and measure it against how much you invest in others- could be partners or friends. And if your investments in others in more than what you put into yourself, it’s time to reflect and reevaluate and maybe choose to prioritize yourself a little more.

It's important to not only manifest and plan your career and professional life, your love life and relationships too. And I mean Self Love here, because the rest of it cannot fall into peace and positivity if you haven't sorted your relationship with yourself.
Its time to be happy, free, and positive, and so do the work to take care of yourself, do the work to care for your circle, do the work to manifest what you need from yourself, friends, family, and partner, and block that juju energy.

It is January y'all! Time to bring out those new diaries and notebooks, or dust off some old ones, reflect and set some new goals for this year.
I want to talk about violence, specifically emotional violence.
