I really want you to question how you spend your money. I really do. Do you find yourself spending little bits here and there and then lying to yourself that a bigger purchase is a "waste of money" or that you cant afford it. Stop it. If you have the funds to spend on alot of small, insignificant things, or one, single big purchase. Go big. You will find more happiness from it. You will. That is the point of money after all right? To spend on needs and things to make you happy. So start using it that way and you will find that it means much more.

So the pitch I am trying to give is a coaching course. I really want to try teaching people about training and nutrition. Like with any product that you are trying to sell people on, you must establish your USP (unique selling point). Mine is definitely the value of the content. Sure, you might be able to find a course from an IFBBPro or a guy with a PHD for 200-300$ and get much of the same science that is already known. I want to meet with you in a live call and teach what I know so that way you can teach others. My goal is for you to not need guidance anymore because you will be self sufficient.

Today I am reviewing Tribes By Seth Godin. This book focuses on bring people together in tribes who have a common goal. Tribes are built with leaders not managers and connection is key. Bigger is not always better. The connection between the tribe members and the leader are so important for growth and achievement. Focus on the quality of the supporter rather than the quantity of them. You'll get so much farther with 5 of your amazing friends rather than 100 strangers you can barely hold a conversation with.
