溫柔空間的podcast始於主理人林妲於2023年底與朋友策劃的讀書會RePresent Book Club溫柔讀書會，一個有書有食物的純淨素食聚會。
從美國回到台灣後，我一直在探索台灣一個值得細細品味的品質—「溫柔」。
溫柔是什麼？
基於一起訓練體能，我們發現：溫柔是在訓練時能培養持續性與平穩堅定的基礎心態，底層的訊息是"友好"。
對自己友好，提醒自己訓練的初發心，幫助我們堅持下去；
同時意味著靈活性與幽默，幫助我們與他人互動時維持良善的空間。
所以「溫柔空間podcast」談什麼？
這是一檔結合英文與語言學習的播客節目，我們將精選優質的訪談內容，解析素材的語意內涵外，同時以語言學的角度，在提升語言能力之餘增加跨種族的見識。
