    ETHCluj: lit up in late June, the event featured diverse first-timers and seasoned builders packed workshops, forged RWA and liquidity-aggregator collaborations, and proved that a strong community is built on resilience and creativity. Post-event, academia workshops and a 10-year Ethereum hackathon kept momentum rolling—with more initiatives coming.

    Launching ZuBuilder Guild(Pilot 1): Rewarding Contributions and Shaping Future Community Governance @QJ;@Cathy

    • A collective funding mechanism that rewards contributors based on their ongoing impact and participation in Zuzalu Software’s ecosystem.
    • Aims to identify, compensate, and encourage long-term and impactful involvement allowing contributors to directly benefit from collective rewards through calculations via split and vesting 0xsplits.
    • A foundation for future community governance that fairly recognizes and compensates every contribution.
    • Huge thanks for your support during the ENS x Octant Public Good Grant Round on Giveth! With the grant now complete, all donations and future grants will flow directly into the ZuBuilder Guild to reward the builders shaping Community OS.
    • Join the ZuBuilder Guild space for the latest updates and check out the Guild Doc for full details. Membership OPENS SOON with mainnet launch!

    Zuzalu.CityUnveils Major Updates: dApp install flow, Role-Based Access, and Zuland Integration @Reno

    • New Beta version is coming soon, with default on mainet.
    • dApp install flow v0.1 is now live! This feature allows anyone to list their dApp in the dApp store, and community admins can exploreand install these apps. Future phases will support iframes for community apps.
    • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) System has been introduced with four initial roles: owner, admin, member, and follower. A customized role, space gating and invitations will also be introduced later.
    • Zuland Integration, a tokenized decentralized social network,is now complete and is fully integrated as a native app on Zuzalu.City for community spaces.
    • UI/UX Improvements have been made for smoother space creation flow and more personalized spaces styles.
    • Zuzalu.City’s builder chat has moved to Discord, hop into our Discord to stay tuned.

    Urbe.eth: Leading Italian Web3 Builders and Building Italian Permanent Space @Limone

    • Urbe.eth is an Italian Web3 community focused on developer education and onboarding. They’ve opened the first Italian Web3 permanent space, offering free access to boot camps, workshops, and hackathons.
    • Urbe.eth is now collaborating with Zuzalu.City on dApp store development and the integration of Zuland.
    • ETHRome, the leading ETHalian Hackathon, combined with Urbe Village — a 2-week pop-up event — will take place in October 2025.

    • POAP Collection was introduced as a fun way to engage the community during events.
    • The first POAP was distributed at Zuzalu Software townhall in Bangkok and continued for every subsequent event.
    • The goal is to create a POAP collection page where participants can track their involvement in Zuzalu events.
    • Future events will feature new collectible POAPs, and the project is designed to be community-driven. Members can also contribute by creating artwork for upcoming POAPs.

    Zuzalu.city Beta Launch: October Zuzalu Software Townhall Recap


    The Zuzalu Software November Townhall marked a significant milestone with the launch of the Zuzalu.city Beta, introducing new features like customizable credentials, NFT check-ins, and Ceramic-based data flexibility for community events. This Beta launch underscored Zuzalu.city’s commitment to privacy, interoperability, and ease-of-use for community innovation, interoperability, and forking.

    During the townhall, several key updates were shared. ZuLand, a token-gated social network supported by the AKASHA Foundation, was presented as a secure space for credential-based content access. LottoPGF, a lottery protocol aimed at public funding, is now integrated with Zuzalu.city, bringing innovative funding models to the platform. Trustful unveiled new badge functionalities along with a scalable, privacy-focused protocol architecture. Meanwhile, CarbonVote and ScrollPass are enhancing Zuzalu.city’s capabilities with voting credentials and a streamlined ticketing system. Community Graphs introduced the Transitive Trust protocol along with a new Discord bot for seamless user interaction, and Zu.Coffee presented its Web3 e-commerce integration, allowing for a quick setup on Zuzalu.city. Pangea, a Web4 virtual nation focused on data sovereignty, was also highlighted as a forward-thinking addition to the Zuzalu ecosystem.

    An open discussion followed these presentations, focusing on ideas for improving integration processes and coordination across decentralized teams. The session showcased the growing ecosystem of Zuzalu.city and its dedication to fostering decentralized innovation and community engagement.
