#22 - Beyond the Scene: Algoraves with Alex McLean

For the first time in a long while, we are venturing beyond our own realms, and invite a guest from a scene not so different from ours: We have a chat with Alex McLean, a key figure of the Algorave movement, about the similarities and differences of our scenes and creative process. Let's see if we can draw some inspiration from each other!

Algoraves have been an ever-growing trend over the past ten years, in which musicians livecode their music to please the dancing masses.

Also, we chat about the Revision Satellites, share some exclusive insights into the survey they held earlier in the year, and reflect on Lovebyte that just happened prior to recording (and get Okkie to say "...in DOOOOOS" one more time.)

Send us questions, suggestions or voice messages to zineradioshow@scene.org

Join the discussions on the Demoscene Discord Server or our own.

Follow us on Twitter at @zineradioshow or on Facebook.
