How do you sharpen your axe? This episode discusses incorporating mindful nutrition and movement into your medical school experience. Our host is Student Doctor Lydia Lundquist, OMS-IV at ATSU-KCOM, who is also a former youth soccer coach and certified Exercise Physiologist. During her time at ATSU-KCOM, Lydia has served as an Anatomy Fellow and has been published multiple times in various dermatology journals.
