Today’s episode is extra special because we’re celebrating my grandma’s 90TH BIRTHDAY! This weekend I got on Zoom (practicing social distancing of course) and recorded an episode with my dad's mom, Kay Lyons. We talk about what it was like being a working mother of SEVEN children in the 60s/70s, growing up during the war, the importance of friendship, coping with loss,  living a happy life, and much more.
