40. All bodies are good bodies

In this episode, licensed counsellor, Jin, joins us in unfolding the layers of body acceptance. We explored some of the reasons leading to negative body talk, how we can work on ourselves to make peace with our bodies, and how we can improve as a society to accept different shapes and sizes.

If you are having issues with body acceptance, we encourage you to seek professional help from trusted nutritionists, dieticians, or mental health professionals.
