People are in emotional and mental state of turmoil. There so much uncertainty about the future be it economic, financial and political.
It is seems that everybody we know in the last two years are in a constant cycle of mental and emotional turmoil and upheaval. How do you differentiate between burnout and depression? How do you different between mild and moderate/severe depression?
This episode deals with symptoms of burnout and depression. Understanding the difference is very important because the approach to dealing with burnout and depression is completely difference. Also the approach to managing mild and moderate/severe depression is also different.
