After being kicked out by her mother at 12, she entered the care system, became a mother at 16, and learned to navigate life independently. Despite facing many challenges, Scarlett transformed her life from having nothing to building a successful career, culminating in her remarkable recovery from a coma to become a world-champion bodybuilding athlete.

Scarlett firmly believes that anyone can achieve their dreams, regardless of their background, with the right mindset and beliefs. She shares the mindset tools she has acquired over the years to help others heal, thrive, and reach their full potential.
