Episode 2: Art for Recovery with Amy Van Cleve.

Todays episode features Amy Van Cleve. Amy is the head of Art for Recovery a non profit that provides creative outlets for cancer and aids patients at UCSF. Amy has a background in the visual arts as a professional muralist but the true meaning and value of art was made clear when she sat with cancer patients receiving infusions. To bear witness to the lives and stories of people facing illness and mortality, to offer the language of art, to give voice to their stories, is her calling and a great honor.
