In today's episode, Andrea & Carrie speak to Marie Alessi to hear how changing her words changed her grieving process.  Marie discussing how the world believes a widow should act and how she has chosen to dedicate her journey to changing the narrative of grief.   After losing her husband to a brain aneurysm, she founded the Movement “Loving Life after Loss” and now inspires others in processing their loss, by being a shining example of choosing Love over falling apart.   Marie loves life. She has developed an insatiable desire to heal the world from grief. After 7 years of being a Mindset Mentor, her tools were put to the test when adversity shook her family of 4.  Her husband Rob passed away on a business trip, when their boys were only 10 & 8. Marie took everything she had learned, to become a shining example for her sons – and now thousands of people around the globe.
