In this short Victor and I dive into a conversation around the labor force "Post Covid". We stress that things are still not back to the way they were before that the need for clients to really internalize that fact and have patience with the staff and service quality. We all are in trying times while continuing to pursue our dreams. The quality of product is there but these transitional times sometimes make it difficult to deliver in a timely manner.  ENJOY!
