6 ways to deal with overwhelm as an entrepreneur

Entrepreneurs are inherently more "busy"... we have to do everything in our own businesses and even some of us who have team members still feel called to put our little paws on everything.

Overwhelm ususally comes as a result of the lack of planning. At least for me it does... also lets go ahead and throw on the tendency to take on too much. We say yes a lot thinking it will get us further ahead when in reality depending on what you're saying yes to it could be setting you back on your quest for success. (RE listen to the episode on saying no)

So these steps may help you as they have helped me when I'm feeling overwhelmed in my business.

  1. Grab a pen and paper and write it all down.
  2. Re-write your goals. You are going to make a list of your goals for the next 3 months.
  3. Take time to focus on the process not the outcome.
  4. Stop multitasking.
  5. Stop adding more ideas to your list.
  6. Start small.
