Quite often you can time travel in your mind through your thoughts. You may find yourself drifting back to the past or ahead into the future where you feel negative, unhelpful feelings and emotions. In this episode, I discuss how the space and environment that we experience inside our heads is a space and place that we can navigate, through our awareness to be a place of inner peace and comfort. In becoming aware of where you go in your mind with relation to your thoughts, whether it's past relationships you think of, future worries, you can become more present by becoming more aware. listen for more.
