These tips I’m going share in this episode 🎙️can  make the difference between you being the 80 year old using a walker…. or the 80 year old still hiking mountains, playing tennis or even running marathons….

Yes….There are now 100 year olds running MARATHONS ……😲

And  As our bodies go through the changes with age, perimenopause, menopause…. Less flexibility, loss of muscle and bone…. it becomes even more important to adopt a healthy lifestyle.
