Periods aren’t just a thing that women experience and that only women need to care about. Throughout their life, men will be having contact with females – their sisters, school friends, intimate partners, work colleagues and perhaps even their own daughter in the future. It is important to build their empathy, compassion, and confidence to talk openly and positively about periods. And to care about the implications of period in their lives.
