Rose talks to Lee, lecturer and registered nurse (children’s field) about an early-career experience that has stayed with him ever since.

When Lee was called upon to help in the tragic situation of a young child that very sadly past away in an emergency setting; he spent time with the parents in the immediate aftermath.

 The experience taught Lee much about the importance of bereavement care, and how, sometimes, it’s important to “let the silence be”.
