Ever thought about investing in Twitter? Maybe now is your opportunity... The company is in chaos. It's unclear what the future business model of Twitter will be. Revenues are falling. Musk can be a bit rogue. But Elon Musk has grand visions for Twitter. He wants to make it into an everything app. A bit like WeChat in China. Now if this is successful then this could drastically increase Twitters Market Cap. But here's some things to think about: 1. Twitter has a lot of debt. 2. Twitter has never really been very profitable. I don't think it has been profitable for 2 consecutive years ever. 3. Twitter is being rebranded to X... it's not clear that this rebrand is popular. 4. A new competitor to Twitter has emerged. 5. Advertisers don't seem to like Twitter as much anymore... because there is no longer much content moderation. 6. Elon Musk is running a lot of companies... does he have time for Twitter? By the way did you know that Twitter recently rolled out a new revenue sharing system. That's pretty cool. My opinion is that it's a high risk investment. I can see a way that it becomes a very good investment, but there is also a good solid chance that the company goes bankrupt. For me personally... I want to avoid high risk investments. Because if my investment goes to 0 (and Twitter could), then it will be very hard to make up for that loss with other investments. But I think it's an interesting Stock to watch.
