Happy ‘traditional’ new year my loves! 🌸 My 1st Pod back after PODMAS and it was lovely to be recording again! You can probably tell that I always try to not edit my podcasts as I want them to always be real and speak my truth as when we do this in life, it lands and we feel that. 🤍

2024 was one of the hardest years for me however I’m reflecting on how grateful I am for the transformations that have come with that and it was the year of unbecoming which is just as important as a year of becoming!
