Toles, the Chief of Community and Population Health and Equity of Care, and the Immediate Past Vice Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, and an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra Northwell.
