How to Cultivate Everyday Bravery

Bravery is the strength that overcomes anxiety, procrastination, and fear. Without it, we would never push ourselves, heal from mental illness, or accomplish our most desired goals. Everyday-bravery is the ability to remain productive and mindful through uncomfortable, anxiety-producing events. Examples of such events being dealing with challenging people, playing contact sports, pushing through procrastination, and continuing to attack a task or goal while your mind projects its most negative thoughts. Everyday bravery is essential to work workplace productivity, cultivating social relationships, and allowing yourself to experience the wonders of breaking through your comfort zone. In this episode, I will discuss the psychology of bravery and offer practical tips to living a life filled with bravery and virtue.
