Currently, he is doing his Leadership Certification at Marine Institute.He has been a career coach for the last 5 years and has helped many candidates with their job applications, resume/cover letter tips, LinkedIn Profile assessment, interview preparation, and job search strategies. For the past 6 years, he has interviewed more than 170 people HR managers, executives, entrepreneurs, and leaders for his YouTube channel. The purpose of his YouTube channel is to give advices to jobseekers to elevate their job search strategies. He has worked both in-house and agency recruiters and has seen many candidates struggle in their job search especially if they are new to the country.
