Torkil specialises in one of the most important but overlooked health metrics, Heart Rate Variability. He says HRV is like looking at your heart with a magnifying glass and can be monitored from your own home using one of the many health tracking wearables.
HRV is an indicator of your stress levels on every level from mental and emotional to nutritional and physical. It's also an insight into how your immune system is functioning.
